The Hey Cousin Culture Fest: Celebrating Black Joy
Aug. 16, 1-8 p.m. | Silver Spring, MD
This annual festival at Veterans Plaza celebrates Black culture, highlighting local Black musicians as well as Black-owned businesses and restaurants. It’s a great place to buy gifts, jam out to live music and find your new favorite food truck.
