A new look for the August-September issue of Montgomery Magazine

In my first issue as editor of Montgomery Magazine, I mentioned that we’d be giving this magazine a little makeover. At the time, I thought that meant updating the logo and perhaps adding a department or two.

But then Ebony Brown, our award-winning art director, began working her magic to create a modern new look for Montgomery Magazine. Our beautifully redesigned August-September issue is the result of her unmatched talent.


We’ve also updated our content to be just as engaging as our splashy new design. In addition to highlighting the people and places that make Montgomery County so interesting, we’re focusing on your health and well-being, offering expert advice on a variety of topics and exploring things to do in and around the county. We’re also expanding our food and drink section to include Tastes of Montgomery, which was previously a stand-alone restaurant guide.

My one regret is that we aren’t able to publish this beautiful digital issue as a print magazine, but the pandemic keeps throwing us curve balls. While technology makes it easy to flip through the magazine online, I look forward to the day when we can start delivering Montgomery Magazine to your mailbox again. And I know that many of you feel the same.
